YaMarkets has announced the launch of YaWealth Investment Advisory, a dedicated wealth management and advisory business licensed in Mauritius.

The new entity marks an expansion of YaMarkets’ offering into regulated investment advisory and wealth management services, positioning the group to serve clients looking for more structured portfolio support beyond trading.

YaWealth said it will focus on transparent, risk-managed investment planning, supported by a leadership and advisory team with more than 15 years of combined experience across global markets, portfolio management, and advisory functions.

 

 

“The launch of YaWealth marks an important step in our long-term vision to offer holistic financial solutions,” said Lalit Matta, CEO of YaMarkets, adding that the business aims to deliver disciplined, client-focused wealth management services within a regulated framework.

According to the announcement, YaWealth’s services will include portfolio advisory, managed investment strategies, and market research insights. The firm also plans to integrate digital tools for onboarding, portfolio reporting, and performance tracking, aimed at improving visibility and communication for clients.
